Kelly Bugg, O.D.

Hi,
I'm Dr. Kelly Bugg. I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. I attended Western Kentucky University from 2005-2007 and graduated with a double major in biology and chemistry with a minor in physics. I then moved to St. Louis to begin my Optometry schooling at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. From 2007 to 2011, I called St. Louis my home while finishing up my Doctorate in Optometry. After meeting with Dr. and Mrs. Byars and exploring his practice and Mayfield, I decided Mayfield would be a wonderful place to call home and practice optometry. I began working in Dr. Byars' practice in May 2011 and then received my Kentucky license to practice in July of 2011 after which Mayfield Family EyeCare, LLC was born. I am a member of the Mayfield Rotary Club where I served as president in 2015. I'm also involved with Chamber of Commerce and won the Young Professional Award in 2016. I am also a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Kentucky Optometric Association.
My husband Wes and I have two daughters Keightley and Kora, and our two dogs- a Golden Doodle, Winnie and a St. Berdoodle, Rory. We enjoy all Kentucky sports, running, baseball games, and being involved in the community.

I do believe I've chosen a job I love and a place I've come to know and love. I hope you'll come by and say hello and let me be your primary eye care doctor.

Tiffany Lamb

Hi,
I'm Tiffany Lamb. I was born in Trenton, Michigan on January 13, 1979. I lived there until 1992 when my family made the decision to move to Kentucky when I was just 13 years old. My parents thought Kentucky would be a better place to raise a family and I agree with that choice, being that I'm a mother of two children. I've been married to my husband, Michael for almost 15 years. Addison (Addi), our daughter is 12 years old and is a student at Graves County Middle School (GCMS). Andrew, our son is nine years old and is a student at Mayfield Elementary School (MES). Yes, our house is divided with the "Battle of the Birds." We enjoy watching Addi cheer for GCMS and Andrew play sports at MES. We proudly support both of our children and their schools. We enjoy the friendly across town rivalries of the two local school systems.
Although it took my husband several years to get me to watch UK games, it only took watching a few to get me hooked. I even took time out of my vacation in Florida this spring to watch the Cats win the championship while my husband rooted the Cats from home. Needless to say my whole family are big sports fans.
I love working at Mayfield Family Eye Care and I look forward to serving out community for years to come as an employee for Dr. Bugg.
